Green Tea
Description
The same tea plant can be used in making black or green tea . As the green tea originates from India , a tropical country, scientists believe that it is healthier as it grows in a warmer terrain. The tea bushes here produce leaf with a higher quantum of antioxidants. The antioxidant magical EGCg (Catechin) is found in the Indian green tea plant. As the original taste is stronger in India you need only half teaspoon (1 gm) for a cup of tea. The green tea of China have thinner liquoring where you can use between 5-7 gms per serving. Our selection is very stimulating and refreshing.

 How To Make |
Ingredients for two cups : 1 tea spoon of select green tea and 2 cups of water
Method To make a perfect cup of Green Tea.
- Add 2 teaspoon leaf in a two portion pot.
- Add 2 cups boiling water and let it steep for 3 minutes and then pour out.
- You may steep for a shorter time period if you desire.
- Sugar or milk is generally not preferred with green tea.
- Alternatively, boil two cups of water in a stainless steel saucepan.
- At the boiling point, add one heaped tablespoon of Green leaf tea, and give the mixture another boil.
- Switch off your source of heat and cover the saucepan with a lid.
- Finally, pour out the final liquid into two cups through a strainer
